What does it mean when a black butterfly visits you?

The connotations varied over the years; initially they were linked to a bad omen, but other currents relate them to transformation and renewed energy.
Throughout history, the appearance of an animal or the presence of an element of nature before human beings could have one meaning or another, depending on the time and circumstances in which the phenomenon occurred.

Different cultures were able to create myths and legends around the different events of the natural environment in which they lived, and some of them remain to this day, although with variations in their connotation, positive or negative, with respect to what they represented at each time.

Butterflies, by their very nature and metamorphosis, are associated with transformation and change. Furthermore, their short lifespan links them to ephemerality, the lightness of their flight, and, of course, the time of year they appear, which coincides with the approach of spring or summer.

However, the specific meaning of black butterflies, which are not commonly seen but appear from time to time, initially referred to a bad omen, the imminent arrival of bad news, and even had a mournful connotation for whoever saw it or for their surroundings.

Over the years, this negative image of black butterflies has changed and now, for many, it represents the complete opposite: renewal, change and life, due to its transformation from caterpillar to chrysalis, until it becomes an adult butterfly.

Meanwhile, in Catholicism, Buddhism, and Feng Shui, butterflies represent resurrection, perseverance, freedom, and resilience.

Black butterflies can signify a positive change, a turning point in life as it was developing to achieve an improvement in relationships, or they can represent a maturing process linked to aging, in which doubts may emerge, but also valuable learnings.

A thick layer of carbon deposits gradually builds up on the grates of a gas stove, which cannot be removed with conventional methods. To keep my kitchen tidy,
I’ve been using a product for several years that allows me to quickly remove soot and grease.
I have a cast iron grate, but this method also works with grates made of other metals.
Dishwasher tablet: all-purpose detergent.

First, you need a pan that fits on the grill. Fill it with water and place it on the stove. Add two dishwasher tablets to the water. Bring the water to a boil; then, place a rack in the pan and let it boil for about half an hour.
After removing the rack from the hot water, begin cleaning it immediately; any available tool will work, such as a sponge or a brush.

The action of the hot water and the tablet’s components will soften the grease, making it easy to remove. Any remaining hardened carbon deposits can be scraped off with a knife.

This way I clean half of the rack, then I turn it over, put the dirty part in the pan and repeat everything described above.

Meanwhile, butterflies of other colors also have specific meanings, such as the orange butterflies that correspond to the monarch species. These insects live longer than others, reaching up to nine months, while the lifespan of other subspecies ranges from a single day to two or seven weeks.

Orange butterflies, by their nature, represent perseverance, movement, and strength, given that they are a type of insect that can migrate thousands of kilometers.
