When devastating floods struck rural Texas earlier this month, tragedy seemed inevitable \u2014 until a miracle story emerged. A 3-year-old girl, missing near the Guadalupe River, was found safe beneath wreckage miles from home. Even more astonishing? She wasn\u2019t alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Curled beside her was a muddy, medium-sized dog \u2014 unknown to her family or the community. Rescuers believe the dog stayed with her through the storm, possibly leading her to shelter and protecting her through the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
